This house is being built right on the water edge of one of the most exclusive and yet still natural place in the whole Sydney Harbour. The new house feature a three level + swimming pool with water edge, an open plan living on the middle level and bedrooms on the upper. The bridge connect the street level to the house, while the garage and the entry canopy define a quite unique style. The eaves and thin post are element in aluminium which help to keep the glazing shaded from the sun, these element becomes an architectural feature that is repeated through the house and the interiors. Interiors in collaboration with Elizabeth Hattersley Design.
